From the Bench – June Newsletter
June’s From the Bench newsletter followed the whirlwind transformation from harbour hut to a new shop at 65 The Old High Street. From moving years of tools, furniture and equipment out of storage to painting, building a reclaimed shop counter and adding the finishing touches, it has been a busy few weeks preparing for opening day. This edition also shared plans for the return of beginners’ jewellery-making workshops and reflected on the family, friends and fellow traders who helped bring the new space to life.
